There is a famous quote; "The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results".

As a coach, I often hear from clients that they want to make change but can't define what exactly it is that they want.
Routines can be useful. Creating healthy habits and life hacks can free up our brain space by allowing us to follow well founded routines without giving it too much thought; this is also allows us to create new comfort zones.
Life being comfortable is often a place we crave. We create financial goals to achieve a lifestyle that gives us comfort. Career goals help us on that pathway. Wellbeing and fitness goals help us enjoy the journey without burning out.
But without new goals, what do we strive for? I often see clients who have achieved so much, who now feel like they are coasting or floundering and are lacking direction or desire.
Not knowing what you might want next in life is OK, but if this is starting to feel uncomfortable for you, then it might be time to explore this with a coach.
Deep dive discovery sessions can give you a chance to take stock of life so far, and what could be next for you. 'Achieving success' is a multifaceted term. Determining what brings you joy, where it's lacking, and how finding it again can be the start of discovering what your next steps, goals, and achievements might be.
If you want to find out what yours might be, book in your discovery call with me to get started.
